Domaine ELBOURA is certified to produce seeds and plants of the following species:
- Citrus,
- Potatoes,
- Fruit stones,
- Olive,
- Grapes,
- Banana,
- Ornamentals,
- Others.

| -Testing activities: |
a-Virological tests:
- ELISA (Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent assay) is used for large scale tests.
- PCR (polymerase chain reaction) is used to confirm tests found positive by ELISA.
- Electrophoresis is used for viroid testing.
- Biological tests by grafting plant material to be tested on sensitive plants.

b-Biochemical tests:
Various biochemical tests are performed for various fruits and vegetables produced in our farms.
e.g:
- Fruit juice percentage,
- Soluble solids ,
- Fruit acidity,
- Reducing sugars,
- Dry matter,
- Etc.

c-Microbiological tests:
Bacteriological as well as mycological tests are performed in our laboratory, to better monitor phytosanitary treatment in our orchards and packing house. Antibiogram and fungiogram are performed for the identification of the best product to be used.

d- Cleaning plants:
- Thermotherapy.
- Chemiotherapy.
- Microgreffage in vitro.

| -Plant breeding: |
Regarding citrus, Domaine ELBOURA is focusing on early citrus varieties (Harvested in September-October), having a good commercial future. Late harvesting seedless mandarins are for special interest.
The potato breeding program is well advanced. Two potato varieties will be presented in the near future to the official government evaluation department. If they pass the necessary control, they will be the first Moroccan potato varieties.

| -Research and development: |
Many experiments are carried out in our lab. Our goal is continually to improve our production system.
Our plant material bank is continually provided with plant species from various origins. Chemotherapy and thermotherapy techniques are used to clean any plant material to be introduced iton our laboratory.
Disease free plants are maintained in our laboratory. |
